Today, I kicked it off with a toasty Bikram Yoga class at 6:00 am and a short 3-mile (hill) run at lunch time. The weather was beautiful, hot & dry. At work, I listened to U2's New York song. Chills !!
You are going to do, SO SO SO very awesome! The marathon is going to change your life in ways you could never have dreamed! I look forward to following your training journey, it gives me chills just thinking about how exciting this must be for you, your first 26.2 in NYC! AND with your husband?! Too cool! Thanks for checking out my blog, and don't let my first high mileage week scare you or make you rethink yours, NYC will be my 10th marathon, and not all of my weeks will be that crazy ;)
