I missed a couple of Bikram Yoga classes but I was able to complete most of my runs. This week was uneventful except for the CRAZY HILLS run around Poway with my runner friends at Embrace The Crazy. It was only 4 miles but it felt like a Half Marathon. I wish I would had brought my Garmin. Oh well, there is always next time. One thing that did helped was to have a new playlist.
I am always looking for music and videos with New York themes. It keeps me motivated for the NY Marathon. Feel free to share. I love this old one from Robin Thicke. He looks so different nowadays.
